Numbers 22:31

Then the Lord opened Balaam’s eyes, and he saw the Angel of the Lord standing in the way with His drawn sword in His hand; and he bowed his head and lay himself face down.

Then God helped Balaam see what was going on: He saw God’s angel blocking the way, brandishing a sword. Balaam fell to the ground, his face in the dirt. 32-33 God’s angel said to him: “Why have you beaten your poor donkey these three times? I have come here to block your way because you’re getting way ahead of yourself. The donkey saw me and turned away from me these three times. If she hadn’t, I would have killed you by this time, but not the donkey. I would have let her off.”

عِنْدَئِذٍ كَشَفَ الرَّبُّ عَنْ عَيْنَيْ بَلْعَامَ، فَشَاهَدَ مَلاكَ الرَّبِّ مُنْتَصِباً فِي الطَّرِيقِ وَسَيْفُهُ مَسْلُولٌ فِي يَدِهِ، فَخَرَّ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ سَاجِداً.

その時バラムの心の目が開き、剣を抜いて行く手に立ちはだかっている主の使いが見えました。バラムはびっくりし、その方の前にひれ伏しました。

Då öppnade Herren Bileams ögon. När han såg Herrens ängel stå där på vägen med draget svärd, föll han ner på sitt ansikte mot marken.

当 时 ， 耶 和 华 使 巴 兰 的 眼 目 明 亮 ， 他 就 看 见 耶 和 华 的 使 者 站 在 路 上 ， 手 里 有 拔 出 来 的 刀 ， 巴 兰 便 低 头 俯 伏 在 地 。
