Numbers 16:22

But they fell on their faces [before the Lord], and said, “O God, God of the spirits of all flesh! When one man sins, will You be angry with the entire congregation?”

He then spoke to the community: “Back off from the tents of these bad men; don’t touch a thing that belongs to them lest you be carried off on the flood of their sins.”

فَانْطَرَحَا عَلَى وَجْهَيْهِمَا وَابْتَهَلا قَائِلَيْنِ: «اللهُمَّ، يَا إِلَهَ أَرْوَاحِ جَمِيعِ الْبَشَرِ، أَتَسْخَطُ عَلَى الْجَمَاعَةِ كُلِّهَا مِنْ أَجْلِ خَطِيئَةِ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ؟»
