Numbers 15:30

But the person who does [anything wrong] [c]willfully and defiantly, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one is blaspheming the Lord, and that person shall be cut off from among his people [excluding him from the atonement made for them].

But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the Lord; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

“But those who brazenly violate the Lord’s will, whether native-born Israelites or foreigners, have blasphemed the Lord, and they must be cut off from the community.

أَمَّا إِنْ تَعَمَّدَ أَحَدٌ الْخَطَأَ، سَوَاءٌ كَانَ مِنَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّينَ أَمْ مِنَ الْغُرَبَاءِ، فَهُوَ يَزْدَرِي بِي وَيَجِبُ أَنْ يُسْتَأْصَلَ مِنْ بَيْنِ شَعْبِهِ،

»Wenn aber ein Israelit oder ein Ausländer, der bei euch lebt, mit Absicht eins meiner Gebote übertritt, dann beleidigt er mich und muss sterben. Er darf nicht länger zur Gemeinschaft eures Volkes gehören.
