Numbers 15:23

even all that the Lord has commanded you [b]through Moses, from the day that the Lord gave commandments and onward throughout your generations,

That applies to any of the commands the Lord told Moses to give you. And they are in effect from the day the Lord gave them and for all time to come.

And suppose your descendants in the future fail to do everything the Lord has commanded through Moses.

وَالَّتِي أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِمُمَارَسَتِهَا عَلَى مَدَى أَجْيَالِكُمْ، مُنْذُ أَنْ أَصْدَرْتُهَا إِلَيْكُمْ عَلَى لِسَانِ مُوسَى،

und nicht alles beachtet, was ich euch bis heute durch Mose befohlen habe und was ich noch in Zukunft anordnen werde.
