Nehemiah 13:22

And I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and come and guard the gates to keep the Sabbath day holy. O my God, remember me concerning this also and have compassion on me according to the greatness of Your lovingkindness. Mixed Marriages Forbidden

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy.

Half the children couldn’t even speak the language of Judah; all they knew was the language of Ashdod or some other tongue. So I took those men to task, gave them a piece of my mind, even slapped some of them and jerked them by the hair. I made them swear to God: “Don’t marry your daughters to their sons; and don’t let their daughters marry your sons—and don’t you yourselves marry them! Didn’t Solomon the king of Israel sin because of women just like these? Even though there was no king quite like him, and God loved him and made him king over all Israel, foreign women were his downfall. Do you call this obedience—engaging in this extensive evil, showing yourselves faithless to God by marrying foreign wives?”

وَأَمَرْتُ اللّاوِيِّينَ أَنْ يَتَطَهَّرُوَا لِيَأْتُوا وَيَقُومُوا بِحِرَاسَةِ الْبَوَّابَاتِ لِيُقَدِّسُوا يَوْمَ السَّبْتِ. فَاذْكُرْنِي يَا إِلَهِي مِنْ أَجْلِ هَذَا أَيْضاً، وَأَحْسِنْ إِلَيَّ بِحَسَبِ مَرَاحِمِكَ الْكَثِيرَةِ.

Puis j’ordonnai aux lévites d’accomplir les rites de purification et de venir surveiller les portes pour que le caractère sacré du jour du sabbat soit respecté.De cela aussi, souviens-toi en ma faveur, ô mon Dieu, et fais-moi grâce dans ton immense bonté. Les mariages mixtes

Am poruncit leviţilor care se sfinţiseră să preia sarcina păzirii porţilor, să sfinţească ziua de Sabat. „Pentru toate acestea, adu-Ţi aminte de mine, Dumnezeul meu, şi îndură-te de mine, după marea Ta îndurare!“

แล้วข้าพเจ้าจึงสั่งคนเลวีให้ชำระตนและเฝ้ายามอยู่ที่ประตูเพื่อรักษาวันสะบาโตให้บริสุทธิ์ข้าแต่พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ ขอทรงระลึกถึงข้าพระองค์ในข้อนี้ด้วย และขอทรงสำแดงความเมตตาต่อข้าพระองค์ตามความรักอันยิ่งใหญ่ของพระองค์

我吩咐利未人洁净自己，然后来看守城门，尊安息日为圣日。我的上帝啊，求你因此而记念我，按你丰盛的慈爱怜悯我。
