Luke 7:28

I tell you, among those born of women there is no one greater than John; yet he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater [in privilege] than he.”

For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.

»Escuchad lo que os digo: Entre todos los seres humanos no ha habido ni habrá jamás un profeta más importante que Juan el Bautista. Y sin embargo, el más pequeño en el reino de Dios es mayor que él.

I tell you, no one more important than John has ever been born. But the least important person in God’s kingdom is more important than John is.”

فَإِنِّي أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَيْنَ مَنْ وَلَدَتْهُمُ النِّسَاءُ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ يُوحَنَّا، وَلكِنَّ الأَصْغَرَ فِي مَلَكُوتِ اللهِ أَعْظَمُ مِنْهُ!»

Miingon pa gayod si Jesus, “Sa pagkatinuod, wala pay natawo sa kalibotan nga labaw pa kang Juan. Apan karon si bisan kinsa nga labing ubos sa mga nagpasakop sa paghari sa Dios mas labaw pa kang Juan.”

Jan dostal nejvyšší úkol ze všech lidí: oznámit, že Kristus přichází! A přece i ten nejnepatrnější, kdo se dočkal a uvěřil, byl poctěn více než Jan.

Jeg forsikrer dere at døperen Johannes har betydd mer enn noe annet menneske. Likevel kommer den minst betydningsfulle blant dem som får være Guds eget folk[f], til å bety mer enn det Johannes gjorde her på jorden.

เราบอกท่านว่าในบรรดาคนที่เกิดจากผู้หญิงไม่มีคนไหนยิ่งใหญ่กว่ายอห์น กระนั้นผู้เล็กน้อยที่สุดในอาณาจักรของพระเจ้าก็ยังยิ่งใหญ่กว่ายอห์น”

我告诉你们，凡妇人所生的，没有一个比约翰大，但上帝国中最微不足道的也比他大。”

我 告 诉 你 们 ， 凡 妇 人 所 生 的 ， 没 有 一 个 大 过 约 翰 的 ； 然 而 神 国 里 最 小 的 比 他 还 大 。
