Luke 16:30

He replied, ‘No, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent [they will change their old way of thinking and seek God and His righteousness].’

And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

“‘I know, Father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but they’re not listening. If someone came back to them from the dead, they would change their ways.’

But he said, ‘No, father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent!’

”Padre Abraham, insistió el rico, eso no lo harán; pero si alguien de entre los muertos fuera a hablarles, seguramente se apartarían del pecado”.

“ ‘No, father Abraham,’ he said. ‘But if someone from the dead goes to them, they will turn away from their sins.’

“‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’

‘“No, father Abraham,” he said, “but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.”

“The rich man replied, ‘No, Father Abraham! But if someone is sent to them from the dead, then they will repent of their sins and turn to God.’

فَقَالَ لَهُ: لَا يَا أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ، بَلْ إِذَا ذَهَبَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَاحِدٌ مِنْ بَيْنِ الأَمْوَاتِ يَتُوبُونَ!

Mitubag ang adunahan, ‘Apan Abraham, amahan ko, dili sila motuo. Apan kon may moadto kanila gikan kanato, maghinulsol sila sa ilang mga sala.’

Boháč však odporoval: ‚Kdepak, otče Abrahame, Písmo na ně nestačí, ale kdyby tak někdo vstal z mrtvých, to by na všechno hleděli jinak.‘
