Luke 11:49

For this reason also the wisdom of God said [in the Scriptures], ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will put to death and some they will persecute,

Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:

لِهَذَا السَّبَبِ أَيْضاً قَالَتْ حِكْمَةُ اللهِ: سَأُرْسِلُ إِلَيْهِمْ أَنْبِيَاءَ وَرُسُلاً، فَيَقْتُلُونَ مِنْهُمْ وَيَضْطَهِدُونَ،

Mao gani nga sumala sa kaalam sa Dios nagaingon siya, ‘Magpadala ako kanila ug mga propeta ug mga apostoles; ang uban sa akong ipadala ilang patyon, ug ang uban ilang lutoson.’

Derfor har Gud i sin visdom sagt: ‚Jeg vil sende profeter og apostle til dem. Nogle vil de slå ihjel, andre vil de jage bort.’

"אתם יודעים מהי חוכמת אלוהים לגביכם? 'אשלח אליכם נביאים ושליחים, אבל את חלקם תהרגו ואת האחרים תבריחו.'
