Leviticus 4:31

Then he shall remove all its fat, just as the fat was removed from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall offer it up in smoke on the altar as a sweet and soothing aroma to the Lord. In this way the priest shall make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven.

And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour unto the Lord; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.

Alt gedens fedt skal fjernes ligesom ved et takoffer, og præsten skal brænde det på alteret som et lifligt ildoffer for Herren. På den måde skaffer præsten soning for enkeltpersoner, som uforsætligt har syndet, og dermed er de tilgivet.

Allt fettet ska tas ut precis som vid ett gemenskapsoffer och prästen ska bränna det på altaret som en välbehaglig lukt för Herren. På så sätt skaffar prästen försoning åt honom och han får förlåtelse.

เขาจะเอาไขมันทั้งหมดออกเหมือนกับเอาไขมันออกจากเครื่องสันติบูชา และปุโรหิตจะเผาไขมันนั้นบนแท่นบูชา เป็นกลิ่นหอมที่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพอพระทัย ปุโรหิตจะลบบาปให้เขาโดยวิธีนี้ และเขาจะได้รับการอภัย

献祭者要像取出平安祭牲的脂肪一样，取出母山羊的所有脂肪。祭司要把这一切放在坛上焚烧，作为蒙耶和华悦纳的馨香之祭。这样，祭司为他赎了罪，他就会得到赦免。

又 要 把 羊 所 有 的 脂 油 都 取 下 ， 正 如 取 平 安 祭 牲 的 脂 油 一 样 。 祭 司 要 在 坛 上 焚 烧 ， 在 耶 和 华 面 前 作 为 馨 香 的 祭 ， 为 他 赎 罪 ， 他 必 蒙 赦 免 。
