Joshua 22:26

“So we said, ‘Let us prepare and build an altar, not for burnt offering or for sacrifice,

Therefore we said, Let us now prepare to build us an altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice:

“So we said to ourselves, ‘Let’s do something. Let’s build an altar—but not for Whole-Burnt-Offerings, not for sacrifices.’

“Therefore we said, ‘Let us [m]build an altar, not for burnt offering or for sacrifice;

“That’s why we said to ourselves, ‘Let’s get ready and build an altar. But let’s not build it to offer burnt offerings or sacrifices on it.’

“That is why we said, ‘Let us get ready and build an altar—but not for burnt offerings or sacrifices.’

‘That is why we said, “Let us get ready and build an altar – but not for burnt offerings or sacrifices.”

“So we decided to build the altar, not for burnt offerings or sacrifices,

وَذَلِكَ مَا جَعَلَنَا نَقُولُ: هَيَّا نَبْنِي مَذْبَحاً، لَا لِنُقَدِّمَ عَلَيْهِ مُحْرَقَةً أَوْ ذَبِيحَةً،

Darum haben wir diesen Altar gebaut. Nicht für Brandopfer oder Schlachtopfer,

»Por eso decidimos construir este altar, no como altar de holocaustos y sacrificios,

“É por isso que resolvemos construir um altar, não para holocaustos ou sacrifícios,

De aceea ne-am hotărât să ne zidim un altar, nu pentru arderi de tot sau jertfe,
