Jonah 2:3

“For You cast me into the deep,Into the [deep] heart of the seas,And the currents surrounded and engulfed me;All Your breakers and billowing waves passed over me.

For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me.

“For You had cast me into the deep,Into the heart of the seas,And the current [c]engulfed me.All Your breakers and billows passed over me.

You threw me deep into the Mediterranean Sea. I was deep down in its waters. They were all around me.All your rolling waves were sweeping over me.

You hurled me into the depths, into the very heart of the seas, and the currents swirled about me;all your waves and breakers swept over me.

لأَنَّكَ طَرَحْتَنِي إِلَى اللُّجَجِ الْعَمِيقَةِ فِي قَلْبِ الْبِحَارِ، فَاكْتَنَفَنِي الْغَمْرُ وَأَحَاطَتْ بِي تَيَّارَاتُكَ وَأَمْوَاجُكَ

„I min nød vendte jeg mig til dig, Herre, og du greb ind!Jeg råbte om hjælp fra dødens forgård, og du bønhørte mig!”Han fortsatte:

U wierp mij in de diepe zee, ik ging onder in het kolkende water en werd bedekt door uw wilde en woeste golven.

Jogaste-me nas profundezas, no coração dos mares;correntezas formavam um turbilhão ao meu redor;todas as tuas ondas e vagas passaram sobre mim.

”I min nöd ropade jag till Herren, och han svarade mig. Från dödsrikets djup ropade jag på hjälp, och du hörde mitt rop.

你把我抛进深海，茫茫大海把我吞没，你的巨浪洪涛淹没我。

你 将 我 投 下 深 渊 ， 就 是 海 的 深 处 ； 大 水 环 绕 我 ， 你 的 波 浪 洪 涛 都 漫 过 我 身 。
