John 3:20

For every wrongdoer hates the Light, and does not come to the Light [but shrinks from it] for fear that his [sinful, worthless] activities will be exposed and condemned.

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

Aborrecieron la luz del cielo y buscaron la oscuridad, para esconder en ella sus maldades; se mantuvieron lejos de la luz para evitar ser castigados al quedar sus pecados al descubierto.

فَكُلُّ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ الشَّرَّ يُبْغِضُ النُّورَ، وَلا يَأْتِي إِلَيْهِ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ تُفْضَحَ أَعْمَالُهُ.
