John 18:37

So Pilate said to Him, “Then You are a King?” Jesus answered, “You say [correctly] that I am a King. This is why I was born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth [who is a friend of the truth and belongs to the truth] hears and listens carefully to My voice.”

Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Then Pilate said, “So, are you a king or not?”Jesus answered, “You tell me. Because I am King, I was born and entered the world so that I could witness to the truth. Everyone who cares for truth, who has any feeling for the truth, recognizes my voice.” 38-39 Pilate said, “What is truth?”Then he went back out to the Jews and told them, “I find nothing wrong in this man. It’s your custom that I pardon one prisoner at Passover. Do you want me to pardon the ‘King of the Jews’?”

Therefore Pilate said to Him, “So You are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say correctly that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.”

فَسَأَلَهُ بِيلاطُسُ: «فَهَلْ أَنْتَ مَلِكٌ إِذَنْ؟» أَجَابَهُ: «أَنْتَ قُلْتَ، إِنِّي مَلِكٌ. وَلِهَذَا وُلِدْتُ وَجِئْتُ إِلَى الْعَالَمِ: لأَشْهَدَ لِلْحَقِّ، وَكُلُّ مَنْ هُوَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ يُصْغِي لِصَوْتِي».

„Přece jsi tedy král,“ konstatoval Pilát.„Sám to připouštíš,“ odpověděl Ježíš. „Narodil jsem se proto, abych oznámil pravdu o tomto království. Kdo miluje pravdu, ten mne poslouchá.“ Pilát vydává Ježíše k ukřižování

Da fragte ihn Pilatus: »Dann bist du also doch ein König?« Jesus antwortete: »Ja, du hast recht. Ich bin ein König. Und dazu bin ich Mensch geworden und in diese Welt gekommen, um ihr die Wahrheit zu bezeugen. Wer sich von der Wahrheit bestimmen lässt, der hört auf mich.«

Pilatus spurte igjen: ”Så du er altså en konge?”Jesus svarte: ”Det er du selv som kaller meg konge. Men jeg har blitt født og har kommet hit til verden for å fortelle om det som er sant. Alle som elsker sannheten, hører det jeg sier.”

Pilat L-a întrebat:– Deci un Împărat tot eşti.Isus i-a răspuns:– Este aşa cum ai spus: sunt Împărat! Eu pentru aceasta m-am născut şi pentru aceasta am venit în lume, ca să depun mărturie despre adevăr. Oricine este din adevăr ascultă de glasul Meu.

Pilatus frågade igen: ”Så du är alltså en kung?” Jesus svarade: ”Det är du själv som kallar mig kung. Men jag har fötts och kommit hit till världen för att endast vittna om sanningen. Alla som är av sanningen lyssnar till vad jag säger.”

于是彼拉多对祂说：“那么，你是王吗？”耶稣说：“你说我是王，我正是为此而生，也为此来到世上为真理做见证，属于真理的人都听从我的话。”

彼 拉 多 就 对 他 说 ： 这 样 ， 你 是 王 麽 ？ 耶 稣 回 答 说 ： 你 说 我 是 王 。 我 为 此 而 生 ， 也 为 此 来 到 世 间 ， 特 为 给 真 理 作 见 证 。 凡 属 真 理 的 人 就 听 我 的 话 。

於是彼拉多對祂說：「那麼，你是王嗎？」耶穌說：「你說我是王，我正是為此而生，也為此來到世上為真理做見證，屬於真理的人都聽從我的話。」
