John 18:11

So Jesus said to Peter, “Put the sword [back] in its sheath! Shall I not drink the cup which My Father has given Me?” Jesus before Annas and Caiaphas

Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?

Jesus ordered Peter, “Put back your sword. Do you think for a minute I’m not going to drink this cup the Father gave me?” 12-14 Then the Roman soldiers under their commander, joined by the Jewish police, seized Jesus and tied him up. They took him first to Annas, father-in-law of Caiaphas. Caiaphas was the Chief Priest that year. It was Caiaphas who had advised the Jews that it was to their advantage that one man die for the people. 15-16 Simon Peter and another disciple followed Jesus. That other disciple was known to the Chief Priest, and so he went in with Jesus to the Chief Priest’s courtyard. Peter had to stay outside. Then the other disciple went out, spoke to the doorkeeper, and got Peter in.

So Jesus said to Peter, “Put the sword into the sheath; the cup which the Father has given Me, shall I not drink it?” Jesus before the Priests

—¡Mete esa espada en su vaina! ¿Acaso no he de beber la copa que el Padre me ha dado que beba? Jesús ante Anás Mt 26:57

Jesus commanded Peter, “Put your sword away! Shouldn’t I drink the cup of suffering the Father has given me?”

فَقَالَ يَسُوعُ لِبُطْرُسَ: «أَعِدِ السَّيْفَ إِلَى غِمْدِهِ! الْكَأْسُ الَّتِي أَعْطَانِي الآبُ، أَلا أَشْرَبُهَا؟» يسوع أمام حنان

Miingon si Jesus kang Pedro, “Ibalik sa sakoban ang imong espada. Nagahuna-huna ka ba nga dili ko pagaantuson ang mga ipaantos sa Amahan kanako?” Gidala si Jesus ngadto kang Anas

Ale Ježíš řekl Petrovi: „Schovej svůj meč! Otec určil, abych trpěl.“ Annáš vyslýchá Ježíše

Men Jesus sagde til Peter: „Stik dit sværd i skeden! Skulle jeg ikke tømme det lidelsens bæger, som min Far har givet mig?”

Aber Jesus befahl Petrus: »Steck dein Schwert weg! Soll ich etwa den bitteren Kelch nicht trinken, den mir mein Vater gegeben hat?«

―¡Devuelve esa espada a su funda! —ordenó Jesús a Pedro—. ¿Acaso no he de beber el trago amargo que el Padre me da a beber? Jesús ante Anás

"השב את החרב לנדן!" פקד עליו ישוע. "הרי עלי לשתות את הכוס שנתן לי אבי."

Nagsiling si Jesus kay Pedro, “Ibalik sa tagob ang imo espada. Nagahunahuna ka bala nga indi ko pag-antuson ang mga ginapaantos sang Amay sa akon?” Gindala si Jesus kay Anas

Ali Isus reče Petru: 'Spremi mač u korice! Zar da ne ispijem čašu koju mi je Otac dao?' Ana ispituje Isusa

Ma Gesù disse a Pietro: «Metti via quella spada! Bisogna che beva il calice che mio Padre mi ha dato».

しかし、イエスはペテロをたしなめて、「剣をさやに納めなさい。父が下さった杯は飲まなければならないのです」と言われました。

그러자 예수님이 베드로에게 “네 칼을 도로 칼집에 꽂아라. 아버지께서 내게 주신 고난의 잔을 내가 마셔야 하지 않겠느냐?” 하고 말씀하셨다.

Da sa Jesus til Peter: ”Sett sverdet tilbake i sliren. Skulle jeg snike meg unna de lidelsene som min Far i himmelen har bestemt at jeg må gå i gjennom?” Peter fornekter at han kjenner Jesus

Jezus zei: ‘Doe dat zwaard weg! Zou Ik de beproeving die de Vader Mij stuurt, uit de weg gaan?’

—Schowaj miecz—rzekł do niego Jezus. —Czyż nie mam pić z kielicha, który podaje Mi Ojciec? Jezus przed Annaszem

Jesus, porém, ordenou a Pedro: “Guarde a espada! Acaso não haverei de beber o cálice que o Pai me deu?” Jesus é Levado a Anás

Însă Isus i-a zis lui Petru: „Bagă-ţi sabia în teacă! Nu voi bea oare paharul[d] pe care Mi l-a dat Tatăl?“ Isus este dus la Ana; prima lepădare a lui Petru

Ale Ježiš prikázal Petrovi: Schovaj svoj meč. Mám sa azda vyhnúť utrpeniu, ktoré mi určil Otec?"

Då sa Jesus till Petrus: ”Stick svärdet i skidan! Skulle jag inte dricka den bägare som Fadern har räckt mig?” Jesus förhörs av översteprästen Hannas (Matt 26:57; Mark 14:53-54; Luk 22:54)

Yesu akamwambia Petro, “Rudisha upanga wako kwenye ala. Je, nisinywe kikombe cha mateso alichonipa Baba?”

พระเยซูตรัสสั่งเปโตรว่า “เก็บดาบของท่าน! เราจะไม่ดื่มถ้วยซึ่งพระบิดาได้ประทานแก่เราหรือ?” พระเยซูทรงถูกนำตัวไปพบอันนาส

耶稣对彼得说：“收刀入鞘吧！我父赐给我的杯，我怎能不喝呢？”

耶 稣 就 对 彼 得 说 ： 收 刀 入 鞘 罢 ， 我 父 所 给 我 的 那 杯 ， 我 岂 可 不 喝 呢 ？

耶穌對彼得說：「收刀入鞘吧！我父賜給我的杯，我怎能不喝呢？」
