Job 12:11

“Does the ear not put words to the test,Just as the palate tastes its food [distinguishing between the desirable and the undesirable]?

Doth not the ear try words? and the mouth taste his meat?

“Does not the ear test words,As the palate [f]tastes its food?

Our tongues tell us what tastes good and what doesn’t. And our ears tell us what’s true and what isn’t.

The ear tests the words it hears just as the mouth distinguishes between foods.

أَلَيْسَتِ الأُذُنُ تَمْتَحِنُ الْكَلامَ كَمَا يَتَذَوَّقُ اللِّسَانُ الطَّعَامَ؟

Man må vurdere alt, hvad man hører, ligesom man smager på maden, før man spiser den.

Soll nicht mein Ohr eure Worte prüfen,so wie mein Gaumen das Essen kostet?

L’oreille juge bien |les mots que l’on entend,tout comme le palais discerne |le goût des aliments.

Kon ang dila sang tawo makahibalo kon ano ang manamit ukon indi manamit nga pagkaon, ang dulunggan sang tawo makahibalo man kon ano ang maayo ukon malain nga mga pulong.

舌が、食べ物がうまいかまずいかを区別するように、思考力は、耳に入ることばがほんとうかうそかを聞き分ける。

입으로 음식 맛을 알듯이 귀로 말을 들으면 깨닫지 못하겠느냐?

Net zoals mijn mond kan proeven of het eten lekker is, zo toetsen mijn oren of het waar is wat ik hoor.

O ouvido não experimenta as palavrascomo a língua experimenta a comida?

Assim como o paladar está preparado para diferenciar os gostos,também o meu espírito sabe provar a verdade, quando a ouço.

Nu analizează urechea cuvintele, aşa cum gustă cerul gurii mâncarea?

Prövar inte örat orden, liksom tungan prövar matens smak?

หูลิ้มลองถ้อยคำดั่งลิ้นลิ้มรสอาหารไม่ใช่หรือ?

舌头岂不品尝食物，耳朵岂不辨别话语？

耳 朵 岂 不 试 验 言 语 ， 正 如 上 膛 尝 食 物 麽 ？
