Jeremiah 49:2

“Therefore behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord,“When I will cause an alarm of war to be heardAgainst Rabbah of the Ammonites;And it [along with the high ground on which it stands] will become a desolate heap,And its villages will be set on fire.Then will Israel take possession of his possessors,”Says the Lord.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the Lord.

But a new day is coming,” announces the Lord.“At that time I will sound the battle cry. I will sound it against Rabbah in the land of Ammon.It will become a pile of broken-down buildings. The villages around it will be set on fire.Then Israel will drive out those who drove her out,” says the Lord.

لِذَلِكَ هَا أَيَّامٌ مُقْبِلَةٌ، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ، أَجْعَلُ فِيهَا هُتَافَ الْقِتَالِ يَتَرَدَّدُ فِي رَبَّةِ الْعَمُّونِيِّينَ، فَتَصِيرُ تَلَّةَ أَطْلالٍ، وَتُحْرَقُ قُرَاهَا بِالنَّارِ فَيُجْلِي الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَجْلَوْهُمْ، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ.

I skal få jeres straf, erklærer Herren, for jeg vil sende en hær imod jeres hovedstad Rabba. Den skal forvandles til en ruinbunke, og de omliggende byer skal brændes ned. Så kan Israels folk tage det land tilbage, som I tog fra dem, siger Herren.

Doch ich, der Herr, kündige an: Es kommt die Zeit, da wird man in Rabba, der Hauptstadt der Ammoniter, Kriegsgeschrei hören. Die Stadt soll zu einem einzigen Trümmerhaufen werden und die Orte ringsum sollen in Flammen aufgehen. Dann erobert Israel sein rechtmäßiges Erbe von denen zurück, die es ihm genommen haben. Darauf könnt ihr euch verlassen!

Ako, ang Ginoo, nagasiling nga magaabot ang tion nga ipasalakay ko sa mga kaaway ang Raba. Ining inyo siyudad pagagub-on kag ang mga baryo sa palibot sini pagasunugon. Sa sini nga paagi mapalayas sang mga Israelinhon ang mga nagpalayas man sa ila.
