Jeremiah 38:2

“So says the Lord, ‘He who remains in this city will die by the sword, by famine, and by virulent disease (pestilence), but he who goes out to the Chaldeans [of Babylon] will live and have his [own] life as a reward and stay alive.’

Thus saith the Lord, He that remaineth in this city shall die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence: but he that goeth forth to the Chaldeans shall live; for he shall have his life for a prey, and shall live.

“This is God’s Message: ‘Whoever stays in this town will die—will be killed or starve to death or get sick and die. But those who go over to the Babylonians will save their necks and live.’

“Thus says the Lord, ‘He who stays in this city will die by the sword and by famine and by pestilence, but he who goes out to the Chaldeans will live and have his own life as booty and stay alive.’

“The Lord says, ‘Those who stay in this city will die of war, hunger or plague. But those who go over to the side of the Babylonians will live. They will escape with their lives. They will remain alive.’

“This is what the Lord says: ‘Whoever stays in this city will die by the sword, famine or plague, but whoever goes over to the Babylonians[b] will live. They will escape with their lives; they will live.’

«هَذَا مَا يُعْلِنُهُ الرَّبُّ: إِنَّ كُلَّ مَنْ يَمْكُثُ فِي هَذِهِ الْمَدِينَةِ يَمُوتُ بِحَدِّ السَّيْفِ وَبِالْجُوعِ وَالْوَبَاءِ. أَمَّا مَنْ يَلْجَأْ إِلَى الْكَلْدَانِيِّينَ فَإِنَّهُ يَنْجُو بِنَفْسِهِ وَيُفْلِتُ بِحَيَاتِهِ وَيَحْيَا.

som Herren havde givet mig: „De, der bliver i Jerusalem, vil dø af hungersnød eller sygdom eller blive dræbt i krigen. Men de, der overgiver sig til babylonierne, vil overleve.

»So spricht der Herr: Wer in der Stadt bleibt, muss sterben – durch Schwert, Hunger oder Seuchen! Aber wer hinausgeht und sich den Babyloniern ergibt, der wird wenigstens sein Leben retten!

Voici ce que déclare l’Eternel : Celui qui restera dans cette ville mourra par l’épée, par la famine ou par la peste ; mais celui qui en sortira pour se rendre aux Chaldéens aura la vie sauve ; il aura au moins gagné cela[b].

들었는데 그때 내가 한 말은 다음과 같다. “이것은 여호와의 말씀입니다. ‘이 성에 머무는 자는 누구든지 전쟁과 굶주림과 질병으로 죽을 것이다. 그러나 바빌로니아 사람에게 항복하는 자는 누구든지 살 것이며 적어도 목숨만은 건지게 될 것이다.

“Assim diz o Senhor: ‘Aquele que permanecer nesta cidade morrerá pela espada, pela fome e pela peste; mas aquele que se render aos babilônios viverá. Escapará com vida e sobreviverá’.

que todos os que ficassem em Jerusalém haveriam de morrer pela espada, pela fome e pela doença, e que todos os que se rendessem aos caldeus viveriam,

„Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: «Cel care va mai rămâne în cetatea aceasta va fi ucis de sabie, de foamete şi de molimă, dar cel care va ieşi şi se va duce la caldeeni va trăi. Prada lui va fi însăşi viaţa lui şi astfel el va trăi.»“

“耶和华说，‘凡留在这城的，必死于刀剑、饥荒和瘟疫；凡出去向迦勒底人投降的，必保全性命。’

耶 和 华 如 此 说 ： 住 在 这 城 里 的 必 遭 刀 剑 、 饥 荒 、 瘟 疫 而 死 ； 但 出 去 归 降 迦 勒 底 人 的 必 得 存 活 ， 就 是 以 自 己 命 为 掠 物 的 ， 必 得 存 活 。
