Jeremiah 17:22

You shall not carry a load out of your houses on the Sabbath day nor do any work, but keep the Sabbath day holy [by setting it apart as a day of worship], as I commanded your fathers.

I må ikke bære byrder ud fra jeres huse eller i det hele taget udføre noget arbejde på sabbatten. I skal holde hviledagen hellig, som jeg befalede jeres forfædre.

Tragt an diesem Tag auch nichts aus euren Häusern, verrichtet am Sabbat keine Arbeit, sondern ehrt ihn als einen Tag, der mir allein geweiht ist. So habe ich es euren Vorfahren befohlen,
