Jeremiah 10:9

Silver that has been beaten [into plates] is brought from [a]Tarshish,And gold from [b]Uphaz,The work of the craftsman and of the hand of the goldsmith;Violet and purple are their clothing;They are all the work of skilled men.

Silver spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder: blue and purple is their clothing: they are all the work of cunning men.

Hammered silver is brought from Tarshish. Gold is brought from Uphaz.People skilled in working with wood and gold make a statue. Then they put blue and purple clothes on it. The whole thing is made by skilled workers.

يُحْضِرُونَ لِصُنْعِهَا الْفِضَّةَ الْمُطَرَّقَةَ مِنْ تَرْشِيشَ، وَالذَّهَبَ مِنْ أُوفَازَ، فَهِيَ عَمَلُ صَانِعٍ مَاهِرٍ وَصَوْغُ يَدَيْ صَائِغٍ، وَتُكْسَى بِثِيَابٍ زَرْقَاءَ وَأُرْجُوَانِيَّةٍ. كُلُّهَا صَنْعَةُ صُنَّاعٍ مَهَرَةٍ.
