James 2:3

and you pay special attention to the one who wears the [d]fine clothes, and say to him, “You sit here in this good seat,” and you tell the poor man, “You stand over there, or sit down [on the floor] by my footstool,”

And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:

y si al rico lo colmáis de atenciones y le ofrecéis el mejor de los asientos, en tanto que al pobre le decís: “Quédate por ahí, de pie, o siéntate aquí, bajo mi estrado”,

فَإِنْ رَحَّبْتُمْ بِالْغَنِيِّ قَائِلِينَ: «تَفَضَّلْ، اجْلِسْ هُنَا فِي الصَّدْرِ!» ثُمَّ قُلْتُمْ لِلْفَقِيرِ: «وَأَنْتَ، قِفْ هُنَاكَ، أَوِ اقْعُدْ عَلَى الأَرْضِ عِنْدَ أَقْدَامِنَا!»
