Isaiah 54:1

“Shout for joy, O barren one, she who has not given birth;Break forth into joyful shouting and rejoice, she who has not gone into labor [with child]!For the [spiritual] sons of the desolate one will be more numerousThan the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord.

Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord.

1-6 “Sing, barren woman, who has never had a baby. Fill the air with song, you who’ve never experienced childbirth!You’re ending up with far more children than all those childbearing women.” God says so!“Clear lots of ground for your tents! Make your tents large. Spread out! Think big!Use plenty of rope, drive the tent pegs deep.You’re going to need lots of elbow room for your growing family.You’re going to take over whole nations; you’re going to resettle abandoned cities.Don’t be afraid—you’re not going to be embarrassed. Don’t hold back—you’re not going to come up short.You’ll forget all about the humiliations of your youth, and the indignities of being a widow will fade from memory.For your Maker is your bridegroom, his name, God-of-the-Angel-Armies!Your Redeemer is The Holy of Israel, known as God of the whole earth.You were like an abandoned wife, devastated with grief, and God welcomed you back,Like a woman married young and then left,” says your God.

“Shout for joy, O barren one, you who have borne no child;Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not travailed;For the sons of the desolate one will be more numerousThan the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord.

“Jerusalem, sing! You are now like a woman who never had a child.Burst into song! Shout for joy! You who have never had labor pains,you are now all alone. But you will have more children than a woman who still has a husband,” says the Lord.

“Sing, barren woman, you who never bore a child;burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor;because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband,”says the Lord.

“Sing, O childless woman, you who have never given birth!Break into loud and joyful song, O Jerusalem, you who have never been in labor.For the desolate woman now has more children than the woman who lives with her husband,” says the Lord.

تَرَنَّمِي أَيَّتُهَا الْعَاقِرُ الَّتِي لَمْ تُنْجِبْ، أَشِيدِي بِالتَّرَنُّمِ وَالْهُتَافِ يَا مَنْ لَمْ تُقَاسِي مِنَ الْمَخَاضِ، لأَنَّ أَبْنَاءَ الْمُسْتَوْحِشَةِ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ ذَاتِ الزَّوْجِ، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ.

Glæd dig, du kvinde, som ikke kan få børn. Bryd ud i jubel, du, som ikke kender til veer. Den tilsidesatte hustru får masser af børn, langt flere end hende, der har manden.

Sei fröhlich, du Unfruchtbare, auch wenn du nie ein Kind geboren hast! Juble und jauchze, du Kinderlose! Denn du, die du allein bist, wirst mehr Kinder haben als eine verheiratete Frau.

«Tú, mujer estéril que nunca has dado a luz, ¡grita de alegría!Tú, que nunca tuviste dolores de parto, ¡prorrumpe en canciones y grita con júbilo!Porque más hijos que la casada tendrá la desamparada —dice el Señor—.

Pousse des cris de joie, |toi qui étais stérile[a],toi qui n’enfantais pas !Eclate en chants joyeux, |crie d’allégresse,toi qui n’as pas connu |les douleurs de l’enfantement !Car l’Eternel déclare :Les enfants de la délaissée[b] |seront bien plus nombreuxque ceux de la femme mariée[c].

Nagsiling ang Ginoo, “Magkanta ka, O Jerusalem, ikaw nga pareho sa isa ka baw-as nga babayi. Magkanta ka kag maghugyaw sa kalipay, ikaw nga wala pa gid makaagi sing pasakit sa pagbata. Tungod nga bisan ginbayaan ka sang imo bana, mas madamo pa ang imo mabata sang sa babayi nga nagapuyo upod sa iya bana.

「子どものない女よ、歌え。エルサレムよ、大声を張り上げ、喜びの歌を歌え。今や、捨てられた女のほうが、夫のある女より、祝福されているからだ。

아기를 낳지 못하는 여자여, 노래하여라. 해산의 고통을 모르는 여자 여, 노래하며 기쁨으로 외쳐라. 홀로 사는 여자의 자녀가 남편 있는 여자의 자녀보다 더 많을 것이다.

Zing, kinderloze vrouw! Barst uit in luid en vrolijk gezang, u die nooit moeder bent geworden. Want de verlaten vrouw heeft meer kinderen dan de vrouw die een man heeft.

“Cante, ó estéril, você que nunca teve um filho;irrompa em canto, grite de alegria, você que nunca esteve em trabalho de parto;porque mais são os filhos da mulher abandonadado que os daquela que tem marido”, diz o Senhor.

Alegra-te tu, mulher que não tiveste filhos! Expande a tua alegria com cânticos, tu que não estás de parto! Porque tu que foste abandonada terás mais filhos do que a que tem marido, diz o Senhor.

«Bucură-te, stearpo, tu, care nu poţi naşte!Izbucneşte în chiuituri şi strigă, tu, care nu eşti în durerile naşterii!Căci copiii femeii părăsite vor fi mai mulţi decât ai celei măritate, zice Domnul.

– Пой, бесплодная, никогда не рожавшая детей!Воскликни и ликуй, никогда не испытывавшая родовых мук,потому что у покинутой женщины будет больше детей, чем у той, что имеет мужа! – говорит Вечный. –

”Sjung av glädje, du ofruktsamma, du som aldrig fött barn! Stäm upp en glädjesång, ropa av glädje, du som aldrig fött! Den övergivna ska ha fler barn än hon som har en man, säger Herren.

“จงร้องเพลงเถิด หญิงหมันเอ๋ยเจ้าผู้ไม่เคยมีลูกจงเปล่งเสียงร้องเพลงและจงโห่ร้องยินดีเถิดเจ้าผู้ไม่เคยเจ็บครรภ์เพราะลูกของหญิงที่โดดเดี่ยวก็ยังมีมากกว่าลูกของหญิงผู้มีสามี” องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสดังนั้น

耶和华说：“不生育、未生养的妇人啊，要欢唱；未曾生产的女子啊，要高歌、欢呼；因为没有丈夫的比有丈夫的儿女更多。

你 这 不 怀 孕 、 不 生 养 的 要 歌 唱 ； 你 这 未 曾 经 过 产 难 的 要 发 声 歌 唱 ， 扬 声 欢 呼 ； 因 为 没 有 丈 夫 的 比 有 丈 夫 的 儿 女 更 多 。 这 是 耶 和 华 说 的 。

耶和華說：「不生育、未生養的婦人啊，要歡唱；未曾生產的女子啊，要高歌、歡呼；因為沒有丈夫的比有丈夫的兒女更多。
