Isaiah 41:29

“In fact, all of these [pagan prophets and priests] are false;Their works are worthless,Their cast images are [merely] wind and emptiness.

Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing: their molten images are wind and confusion.

“Behold, all of them are [j]false;Their works are worthless,Their molten images are wind and emptiness.

So they are not really gods at all. What they do does not amount to anything. They are as useless as wind.

See, they are all false! Their deeds amount to nothing; their images are but wind and confusion.

See, they are all foolish, worthless things. All your idols are as empty as the wind.

انْظُرُوا، إِنَّهُمْ جَمِيعاً وَهْمٌ بَاطِلٌ، وَأَعْمَالَهُمْ وَأَصْنَامَهُمُ الْمَسْبُوكَةَ رِيحٌ وَخَوَاءٌ.

Så indse dog, at de intet er værd. De kan intet udrette. At stole på dem er fuldstændig absurd.”

Sie alle sind nichts als ein großer Betrug. Gar nichts bringen sie zustande. In ihren Statuen ist kein Leben. Diese Götter sind hohl und leer!«

Veja, são todos falsos!Seus feitos são nulos;suas imagens fundidas não passam de um sopro e de uma nulidade!

Vocês bem veem que esses ídolos não passam de coisas ocas, sem valor algum; são tão vazios como o vento.
