Isaiah 10:13

For the Assyrian king has said,“I have done this by the power of my [own] hand and by my wisdom,For I have understanding and skill.I have removed the boundaries of the peoplesAnd have plundered their treasures;Like a bull I have brought down those who sat on thrones.

For he saith, By the strength of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom; for I am prudent: and I have removed the bounds of the people, and have robbed their treasures, and I have put down the inhabitants like a valiant man:

For he has said,“By the power of my hand and by my wisdom I did this,For I have understanding;And I removed the boundaries of the peoplesAnd plundered their treasures,And like a mighty man I brought down [o]their inhabitants,

The king of Assyria says,“ ‘By my power I have taken over all these nations.I am very wise. I have great understanding.I have wiped out the borders between nations. I’ve taken their treasures. Like a great hero I’ve brought their kings under my control.

For he says:“‘By the strength of my hand I have done this, and by my wisdom, because I have understanding.I removed the boundaries of nations, I plundered their treasures; like a mighty one I subdued[a] their kings.

He boasts, “By my own powerful arm I have done this. With my own shrewd wisdom I planned it.I have broken down the defenses of nations and carried off their treasures. I have knocked down their kings like a bull.

لأَنَّهُ يَقُولُ: بِقُوَّةِ ذِرَاعِي قَدْ صَنَعْتُ هَذَا، وَبِحِكْمَتِي، لأَنَّنِي فَهِيمٌ! قَدْ نَقَلْتُ تُخُومَ الأُمَمِ، وَنَهَبْتُ كُنُوزَهُمْ، وَعَزَلْتُ الْجَالِسِينَ عَلَى الْعُرُوشِ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ ذُو الْبَطْشِ.

„Jeg er stærk, jeg er klog, jeg er mægtig!” praler han. „Se blot, hvor mange riger jeg har indtaget. Jeg har overskredet deres grænser, plyndret dem for skatte og stødt deres konger fra tronen.

彼らは豪語したのです。「われわれは自分の力と知恵で戦いに勝ってきた。われわれは高度の文明を誇る偉大な民だ。われわれの手で国々の城壁をぶち壊し、住民を滅ぼし、財宝を運び出した。

Zij beweren: ‘Wij hebben door eigen kracht en wijsheid deze oorlogen gewonnen. Met onze eigen kracht braken wij de muren kapot, vernietigden het volk en droegen hun schatten weg.

Pentru că el zice:‘Prin puterea mâinilor mele am făcut aceasta şi prin înţelepciunea mea, căci sunt priceput.Am dat la o parte hotarele popoarelor şi le-am jefuit de bogăţii şi, ca un viteaz, le-am subjugat domnitorii.

för han säger: ’Med min egen kraft och vishet har jag gjort allt detta, eftersom jag är så klok. Jag har flyttat folkens gränser, plundrat deras förråd och störtat härskare från deras troner.[b]

因为亚述王说：“我靠自己的力量和智慧成就了此事，因为我很聪明。我废除列国的疆界，掳掠他们的财物，像勇士一样征服他们的君王。

因 为 他 说 ： 我 所 成 就 的 事 是 靠 我 手 的 能 力 和 我 的 智 慧 ， 我 本 有 聪 明 。 我 挪 移 列 国 的 地 界 ， 抢 夺 他 们 所 积 蓄 的 财 宝 ； 并 且 我 像 勇 士 ， 使 坐 宝 座 的 降 为 卑 。

因為亞述王說：「我靠自己的力量和智慧成就了此事，因為我很聰明。我廢除列國的疆界，擄掠他們的財物，像勇士一樣征服他們的君王。
