Hosea 7:1

When I would heal Israel,The sin (guilt) of Ephraim is uncovered,And the wickedness of [a]Samaria,Because they practice false dealing;The thief enters,Bandits ravage and raid outside.

When I would have healed Israel, then the iniquity of Ephraim was discovered, and the wickedness of Samaria: for they commit falsehood; and the thief cometh in, and the troop of robbers spoileth without.

1-2 “Every time I gave Israel a fresh start, wiped the slate clean and got them going again,Ephraim soon filled the slate with new sins, the treachery of Samaria written out in bold print.Two-faced and double-tongued, they steal you blind, pick you clean.It never crosses their mind that I keep account of their every crime.They’re mud-spattered head to toe with the residue of sin. I see who they are and what they’ve done.

I would like to heal Israel. But when I try to, Ephraim’s sins are brought out into the open.The crimes of Samaria are made known to everyone.The people tell lies. They break into houses and steal. They rob others in the streets.

1 whenever I would heal Israel,the sins of Ephraim are exposed and the crimes of Samaria revealed.They practice deceit, thieves break into houses, bandits rob in the streets;

“I want to heal Israel, but its[a] sins are too great. Samaria is filled with liars.Thieves are on the inside and bandits on the outside!

حِينَ كُنْتُ أَشْفِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، تَكَشَّفَتْ خَطِيئَةُ أَفْرَايِمَ، وَاسْتُعْلِنَتْ آثَامُ السَّامِرَةِ، فَقَدْ مَارَسُوا النِّفَاقَ وَاقْتَحَمَ اللُّصُوصُ الْبُيُوتَ، وَسَلَبَ قُطَّاعُ الطُّرُقِ فِي الْخَارِجِ.

Når jeg prøver at kurere Israel, kommer Efraims ondskab klart til syne, og Samarias synder kommer frem i lyset, for de er fulde af løgn og bedrag. Der begås indbrud i husene, og man bliver overfaldet på gaden.

わたしはイスラエルを赦したかったが、イスラエルの罪はあまりにもひどかった。うそつきやどろぼうや追いはぎにならなければ、だれもサマリヤに住めないほどだ。

“내가 이스라엘을 치료하려고 할 때마다 에브라임의 죄와 사마리아의 악이 드러나고 있다. 그들은 서로 속이고 남의 집에 뛰어들어 강 도질하며 악당들처럼 거리에서 약탈을 감행한다.

‘Ik wilde Israël vergeven, maar haar zonden bleken reusachtig groot te zijn. In Samaria lijkt iedereen wel een leugenaar, dief of bandiet te zijn!

“Quando eu tento curar Israel, o mal de Efraim fica exposto e os crimes de Samaria são revelados.Pois praticam o engano,ladrões entram nas casas,bandidos roubam nas ruas;

Eu queria perdoar Israel, mas os seus pecados são grandes demais! Ninguém consegue sequer viver em Samaria sem se tornar também ladrão, salteador, falsificador!

când vreau să vindec Israelul,ies la iveală vina lui Efraim şi ticăloşiile Samariei[a].Căci ei se îndeletnicesc cu înşelătoria: înăuntru, vine hoţul, iar afară – jefuieşte ceata de tâlhari.

När jag helar Israel avslöjas Efraims synd och Samariens brott. För de handlar bedrägligt, tjuvar bryter sig in och rövarband härjar där ute.

เมื่อใดก็ตามที่เราจะรักษาอิสราเอลเมื่อนั้นบาปทั้งหลายของเอฟราอิมจะถูกตีแผ่และอาชญากรรมของสะมาเรียจะถูกเปิดโปงพวกเขาชอบการหลอกลวงพวกขโมยพังเข้าไปในบ้านเรือนโจรผู้ร้ายก็ปล้นชิงตามท้องถนน

每當我要醫治以色列的時候，卻看見以法蓮的罪，撒瑪利亞[a]的惡。他們行事詭詐；盜賊進屋偷竊，強盜外出搶劫。
