Genesis 6:1

Now it happened, when men began to multiply on the face of the land, and daughters were born to them,

And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

1-2 When the human race began to increase, with more and more daughters being born, the sons of God noticed that the daughters of men were beautiful. They looked them over and picked out wives for themselves.

Now it came about, when men began to multiply on the face of the land, and daughters were born to them,

There began to be many human beings on the earth. And daughters were born to them.

وَحَدَثَ لَمَّا ابْتَدَأَ النَّاسُ يَتَكَاثَرُونَ عَلَى سَطْحِ الأَرْضِ وَوُلِدَ لَهُمْ بَنَاتٌ،

Jordens befolkning var nu vokset meget, og der blev født mange smukke piger.

1-2 Die Menschen wurden immer zahlreicher und breiteten sich auf der Erde aus. Da bemerkten die Gottessöhne, wie schön die Töchter der Menschen waren. Sie wählten diejenigen aus, die ihnen am besten gefielen, und nahmen sie zu Frauen.

1-2 さて、地上では人々がますます増えていきました。そのころのことです。霊の世界に住む者たちが、地上に住む美しい女を見そめ、それぞれ気に入った女を妻にしていました。

Befolkningen började föröka sig nu på jorden, och döttrar föddes åt människorna.

人类在地上逐渐增多，生了女儿。
