Genesis 31:8

If he said, ‘The speckled shall be your wages,’ then the entire flock gave birth to speckled [young]; and if he said, ‘The streaked shall be your wages,’ then the entire flock gave birth to streaked [young].

If he said thus, The speckled shall be thy wages; then all the cattle bare speckled: and if he said thus, The ringstraked shall be thy hire; then bare all the cattle ringstraked.

If he spoke thus, ‘The speckled shall be your wages,’ then all the flock brought forth speckled; and if he spoke thus, ‘The striped shall be your wages,’ then all the flock brought forth striped.

Sometimes Laban would say, ‘The speckled ones will be your pay.’ Then all the flocks had little ones with speckles. At other times he would say, ‘The striped ones will be your pay.’ Then all the flocks had little ones with stripes.

If he said, ‘The speckled ones will be your wages,’ then all the flocks gave birth to speckled young; and if he said, ‘The streaked ones will be your wages,’ then all the flocks bore streaked young.

If he said, “The speckled ones will be your wages,” then all the flocks gave birth to speckled young; and if he said, “The streaked ones will be your wages,” then all the flocks bore streaked young.

For if he said, ‘The speckled animals will be your wages,’ the whole flock began to produce speckled young. And when he changed his mind and said, ‘The striped animals will be your wages,’ then the whole flock produced striped young.

فَإِنْ قَالَ: لِتَكُنِ الْغَنَمُ الرُّقْطُ أُجْرَتَكَ، وَلَدَتْ كُلُّ الْغَنَمِ رُقْطاً. وَإِنْ قَالَ: لِتَكُنِ الْغَنَمُ الْمُخَطَّطَةُ أُجْرَتَكَ، وَلَدَتْ كُلُّ الْغَنَمِ مُخَطَّطَةً.

Når Laban lovede mig de brogede dyr, fødte hjorden broget afkom, og når han ændrede mening og lovede mig de stribede dyr, så blev lammene stribede.

Wenn Laban zu mir sagte: ›Die Gesprenkelten sind dein Lohn‹, dann warf die ganze Herde gesprenkelte Tiere. Und wenn er dann sagte: ›Du bekommst doch lieber die Gestreiften‹, dann gab es nur Gestreifte!

Si él acordaba conmigo: “Los animales manchados serán tu salario”, todas las hembras tenían crías manchadas; y, si él acordaba: “Los animales rayados serán tu salario”, todas las hembras tenían crías rayadas.

Si él acordaba conmigo: “Los animales manchados serán tu salario”, todas las hembras tenían crías manchadas; y, si él acordaba: “Los animales rayados serán tu salario”, todas las hembras tenían crías rayadas.

Quand votre père affirmait : « Les bêtes tachetées constitueront ton salaire », toutes les bêtes mettaient bas des petits tachetés. Et quand il affirmait : « Les mouchetés seront ton salaire », toutes les bêtes faisaient des petits mouchetés.

Kon magsiling gani si Laban nga ang kambang nga mga kanding amo ang suhol ko, puro man kambang ang bata sang mga kanding.

ぶちの群れを私にくれると言えば、ぶちの子ばかり生まれた。それを見て気が変わり、しまのついているのにしなさいと言うと、生まれる羊には全部しまがついていた。

그가 ‘반점이 있는 것이 네 삯이 될 것이다’ 하면 모든 양떼가 다 반점이 있는 것을 낳고 ‘얼룩무늬 있는 것이 네 삯이 될 것이다’ 하면 모든 양떼가 다 얼룩무늬 있는 새끼를 낳았소.

want toen hij beloofde dat alle gespikkelde dieren voor mij zouden zijn, werden alleen nog gespikkelde dieren geboren. En toen hij van mening veranderde en zei dat ik alle gestreepte dieren mocht hebben, waren alle jonge dieren gestreept!

Se ele dizia: ‘As crias salpicadas serão o seu salário’, todos os rebanhos geravam filhotes salpicados; e se ele dizia: ‘As que têm listras serão o seu salário’, todos os rebanhos geravam filhotes com listras.

Porque quando dizia que todos os animais malhados seriam meus, então todo o rebanho dava malhados. Depois, quando alterava e dizia que seriam antes os de listas os meus, o rebanho dava só listados!

När han sa att de spräckliga djuren skulle bli min lön, födde hela hjorden spräckliga djur och när han sa att jag kunde få de strimmiga djuren, blev alla lammen strimmiga.

如果他说把有斑点的羊给我当酬劳，羊群生的就都是有斑点的；如果他说把有条纹的给我，羊群生的就都是有条纹的。

他 若 说 ： 有 点 的 归 你 作 工 价 ， 羊 群 所 生 的 都 有 点 ； 他 若 说 ： 有 纹 的 归 你 作 工 价 ， 羊 群 所 生 的 都 有 纹 。

如果他說把有斑點的羊給我當酬勞，羊群生的就都是有斑點的；如果他說把有條紋的給我，羊群生的就都是有條紋的。
