Genesis 29:7

Jacob said, “Look, the sun is still high [overhead]; it is a long time before the flocks need to be gathered [in their folds for the night]. Water the sheep, and go, and return them to their pasture.”

And he said, Lo, it is yet high day, neither is it time that the cattle should be gathered together: water ye the sheep, and go and feed them.

Jacob said, “There’s a lot of daylight still left; it isn’t time to round up the sheep yet, is it? So why not water the flocks and go back to grazing?”

He said, “Behold, it is still high day; it is not time for the livestock to be gathered. Water the sheep, and go, pasture them.”

“Look,” he said, “the sun is still high in the sky. It’s not time for the flocks to be brought together. Give water to the sheep and take them back to the grasslands.”

Jacob said, “Look, it’s still broad daylight—too early to round up the animals. Why don’t you water the sheep and goats so they can get back out to pasture?”

فَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «هُوَذَا النَّهَارُ مَازَالَ طَوِيلاً، وَلَيْسَ هَذَا أَوَانَ اجْتِمَاعِ الْمَوَاشِي، فَاسْقُوا الْغَنَمَ وَامْضُوا بِها إلَى الْمَرَاعِي».

„Hvorfor giver I ikke fårene noget vand, så de kan vende tilbage til deres græsgang?” spurgte Jakob. „Solen står jo endnu højt på himlen, så det er da for tidligt at samle dem.”

»Weshalb wartet ihr eigentlich hier?«, fragte Jakob weiter. »Es ist doch noch viel zu früh, um die Schafe und Ziegen zusammenzutreiben! Tränkt sie und lasst sie wieder auf die Weide!«

「ありがとうございました。ところで余計なことかもしれませんが、羊に早く水をやって、草のある所へすぐ帰してやらなくていいのですか。こんなに早く草を食べさせるのをやめたら、腹をすかせませんか。」

“아직 해가 높이 떠 있고 짐승이 모일 때도 되지 않았으니 양에게 물을 먹이고 초지로 몰고 가서 다시 풀을 먹이시지요.”

‘Waarom drenken jullie de schapen niet, zodat ze weer verder kunnen grazen?’ vroeg Jakob. ‘Ze zullen honger hebben als jullie zo vroeg op de dag stoppen.’

Disse ele: “Olhem, o sol ainda vai alto e não é hora de recolher os rebanhos. Dêem de beber às ovelhas e levem-nas de volta ao pasto”.

“Porque é que não tiram água para os animais, para que possam voltar às pastagens?”, perguntou Jacob. “Vão ficar com fome se param de comer assim tão cedo!”

”Solen står ju fortfarande högt på himlen. Det är väl ännu inte tid att samla ihop flocken?” frågade Jakob. ”Varför inte vattna fåren och låta dem gå ut på bete igen?”

雅各对他们说：“太阳还高，不到把羊关起来的时候，你们饮了羊，再放它们去吃草吧！”

雅 各 说 ： 日 头 还 高 ， 不 是 羊 群 聚 集 的 时 候 ， 你 们 不 如 饮 羊 ， 再 去 放 一 放 。

雅各對他們說：「太陽還高，不到把羊關起來的時候，你們飲了羊，再放牠們去吃草吧！」
