Genesis 23:8

And Abraham said to them, “If you are willing to grant my dead a [proper] burial, listen to me, and plead with Ephron the son of Zohar for me,

And he communed with them, saying, If it be your mind that I should bury my dead out of my sight; hear me, and intreat for me to Ephron the son of Zohar,

And he spoke with them, saying, “If it is your [e]wish for me to bury my dead out of my sight, hear me, and approach Ephron the son of Zohar for me,

He said to them, “If you are willing to let me bury my wife, then listen to me. Speak to Zohar’s son Ephron for me.

He said to them, “If you are willing to let me bury my dead, then listen to me and intercede with Ephron son of Zohar on my behalf

He said to them, ‘If you are willing to let me bury my dead, then listen to me and intercede with Ephron son of Zohar on my behalf

and said, “Since you are willing to help me in this way, be so kind as to ask Ephron son of Zohar

وَقَالَ: «إِنْ طَابَتْ نُفُوسُكُمْ أَنْ أَدْفِنَ مَيْتِي مِنْ أَمَامِي، فَاسْمَعُوا لِي وَالْتَمِسُوا لأَجْلِي مِنْ عِفْرُونَ بْنِ صُوحَرَ،

og sagde: „Hvis I kan acceptere, at jeg steder min kone til hvile i jeres land, vil jeg bede jer om at lægge et godt ord ind for mig hos Efron, Sohars søn.

»Wenn ihr also damit einverstanden seid«, sagte er, »dann legt bei Efron, dem Sohn Zohars, ein gutes Wort für mich ein,

y les dijo:―Si os parece bien que yo entierre aquí a mi difunta, os ruego que intercedáis ante Efrón hijo de Zojar

Puis il leur dit : Puisque vous me permettez d’enterrer le corps de ma femme, faites-moi la faveur de prier Ephrôn, fils de Tsohar,

e disse-lhes: “Já que vocês me dão permissão para sepultar minha mulher, peço que intercedam por mim junto a Efrom, filho de Zoar,

“如果你们真的准我安葬妻子，就请你们代我求琐辖的儿子以弗仑，

对 他 们 说 ： 你 们 若 有 意 叫 我 埋 葬 我 的 死 人 ， 使 他 不 在 我 眼 前 ， 就 请 听 我 的 话 ， 为 我 求 琐 辖 的 儿 子 以 弗 仑 ，

「如果你們真的准我安葬妻子，就請你們代我求瑣轄的兒子以弗崙，
