Genesis 19:1

It was evening when the two angels came to Sodom. Lot was sitting at Sodom’s [[a]city] gate. Seeing them, Lot got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground.

And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;

He saw them and got up to welcome them, bowing before them and said, “Please, my friends, come to my house and stay the night. Wash up. You can rise early and be on your way refreshed.”They said, “No, we’ll sleep in the street.”

وَأَقْبَلَ الْمَلاكَانِ عَلَى سَدُومَ عِنْدَ الْمَسَاءِ. وَكَانَ لُوطٌ جَالِساً عِنْدَ بَابِ سَدُومَ، فَمَا إِنْ رَآهُمَا حَتَّى نَهَضَ لاسْتِقْبَالِهِمَا، وَسَجَدَ بِوَجْهِهِ إِلَى الأَرْضِ،

När de två änglarna samma kväll kom till Sodom, satt Lot i stadsporten. När han såg dem, reste han sig upp för att möta dem och han bugade sig med ansiktet mot marken.
