Ezra 9:5

At the evening offering I arose from my [time of] humiliation and penitence and having torn my clothing and my robe, I fell on my knees and stretched out my hands to the Lord my God,

And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, I fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the Lord my God,

But at the evening offering I arose from my [b]humiliation, even with my garment and my robe torn, and I fell on my knees and stretched out my [c]hands to the Lord my God;

Then I got up. I had been very sad for quite a while. My inner robe and my coat were torn. I fell down on my knees. I spread my hands out to the Lord my God.

Then, at the evening sacrifice, I rose from my self-abasement, with my tunic and cloak torn, and fell on my knees with my hands spread out to the Lord my God

At the time of the sacrifice, I stood up from where I had sat in mourning with my clothes torn. I fell to my knees and lifted my hands to the Lord my God.

حِينَئِذٍ قُمْتُ مِنْ تَذَلُّلِي، وَأَنَا مَازِلْتُ مُرْتَدِياً رِدَائِي وثِيَابِي الْمُمَزَّقَةَ، وَجَثَوْتُ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيَّ وَبَسَطْتُ يَدَيَّ إِلَى الرَّبِّ إِلَهِي،

Så rejste jeg mig i mit flængede tøj, og skamfuld vendte jeg mig til Herren. Jeg faldt på knæ, løftede hænderne til Herren, min Gud,

Zur Zeit des Abendopfers stand ich auf. In meinen zerrissenen Kleidern kniete ich nieder und betete mit erhobenen Händen zum Herrn, meinem Gott:

とうとう私は、どうしたらよいかわからないまま主の前に出ました。そして、ひざまずき、主に向かって両手を差し伸べ、

저녁 제사를 드릴 때에 슬픔을 머금고 일어나 찢어진 속옷과 겉옷을 입은 채 무릎을 꿇고 나의 하나님 여호와를 향해 두 손을 들어

献晚祭的时候，我满怀忧伤地起来，穿着那撕裂的衣服和外袍，双膝跪下，向我的上帝耶和华伸出双手，
