“Your rowers have brought youInto great and deep waters;The east wind has broken and shipwrecked youIn the heart of the seas.

Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters: the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.

أَبْحَرَ بِكِ مَلَّاحُوكِ إِلَى لُجَجِ الْمِيَاهِ حَيْثُ جَعَلَتْكِ الرِّيحُ الشَّرْقِيَّةُ حُطَاماً فِي قَلْبِ الْبِحَارِ.

Slaverne roede ud i rum sø, hvor østenstormen knuste dig.
