Ezekiel 24:21

‘Speak to the house of Israel, “Thus says the Lord God, ‘Behold, I will [b]profane My sanctuary, the pride of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and the delight of your soul; and your sons and your daughters whom you have left behind [in Jerusalem] will fall by the sword.

Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pitieth; and your sons and your daughters whom ye have left shall fall by the sword.

‘Speak to the people of Israel. Tell them, “The Lord and King says, ‘I am about to make my temple “unclean.” I will let the Babylonians burn it down. It is the beautiful building you are so proud of. You take delight in it. You love it. The sons and daughters you left behind will be killed by swords.

Say to the people of Israel, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am about to desecrate my sanctuary—the stronghold in which you take pride, the delight of your eyes, the object of your affection. The sons and daughters you left behind will fall by the sword.

أَبْلِغْ شَعْبَ إِسْرَائِيلَ: هَا أَنَا مُزْمِعٌ عَلَى تَنْجِيسِ مَقْدِسي فَخْرِ عِزِّكُمْ وَمُشْتَهَى أَعْيُنِكُمْ، وَبَهْجَةِ نُفُوسِكُمْ، فَيَتَهَاوَى أَبْنَاؤُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمُ الَّذِينَ خَلَّفْتُمُوهُمْ وَرَاءَكُمْ صَرْعَى بِالسَّيْفِ.

euch Israeliten diese Botschaft weiterzugeben: So spricht Gott, der Herr: Ich weiß, dass der Tempel euch lieb und teuer ist. Ihr seid stolz auf den Schutz, den er euch bietet, und ihr sehnt euch nach ihm zurück. Doch ich werde dafür sorgen, dass mein Heiligtum entweiht und zerstört wird. ‘你告诉以色列人，我要使我的圣所，就是你们引以为傲、眼中所爱、心里所慕的受到亵渎。你们留下的儿女必死于刀下。
