Ezekiel 23:39

For when they had killed their children [as offerings] to their idols, then they came the same day to My sanctuary to profane it [by daring to offer a sacrifice there also]. And behold, this they did within My house.

وَبَعْدَ أَنْ ذَبَحَتَا أَبْنَاءَهُمَا قَرَابِينَ لأَصْنَامِهِمَا قَدِمَتَا فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ إِلَى مَقْدِسِي لِتُنَجِّسَاهُ. فَانْظُرْ! هَذَا مَا ارْتَكَبَتَاهُ فِي هَيْكَلِي.

Tænk, lige efter at have slagtet og brændt deres børn til ære for afguderne kom de til mit tempel for at tilbede mig! Hvilken afskyelig handlemåde!
