Ezekiel 20:28

For when I had brought them into the land which I swore to give to them, they saw every high hill and every dark and leafy tree [as a place for idol worship], and there they offered their sacrifices and there they presented their offering that provoked My anger; there also they made their sweet-smelling aroma and there poured out their drink offerings.

Ich hatte geschworen, ihnen das Land zu geben. Doch als ich sie dorthin geführt hatte, begannen sie, auf jedem Hügel und unter jedem dicht belaubten Baum ihren Götzen zu opfern. Sie meinten, sie könnten die Götter für sich gewinnen, indem sie wohlriechende Opfer für sie verbrannten und Wein als Trankopfer ausgossen. Doch sie erreichten nichts anderes, als mich dadurch zum Zorn zu reizen!

När jag ledde dem in i det land som jag med ed hade lovat att ge dem och när de såg alla höga kullar och lummiga träd, bar de fram sina slaktoffer där, förrättade sina offer i trots och tände välluktande rökelse och utgöt där sina dryckesoffer.

当我引领他们进入我曾起誓要赐给他们的土地时，他们在所见的每一处高山或密林献祭，焚烧馨香的祭牲，向偶像奠酒，惹我发怒。

因 为 我 领 他 们 到 了 我 起 誓 应 许 赐 给 他 们 的 地 ， 他 们 看 见 各 高 山 、 各 茂 密 树 ， 就 在 那 里 献 祭 ， 奉 上 惹 我 发 怒 的 供 物 ， 也 在 那 里 焚 烧 馨 香 的 祭 牲 ， 并 浇 上 奠 祭 。

當我引領他們進入我曾起誓要賜給他們的土地時，他們在所見的每一處高山或密林獻祭，焚燒馨香的祭牲，向偶像奠酒，惹我發怒。
