Exodus 3:13

Then Moses said to God, “Behold, when I come to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers (ancestors) has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?”

And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?

Then Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the People of Israel and I tell them, ‘The God of your fathers sent me to you’; and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ What do I tell them?”

Then Moses said to God, “Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I will say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?”

Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the people of Israel. Suppose I say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ And suppose they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what should I tell them?”

Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what shall I tell them?”

Moses said to God, ‘Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, “The God of your fathers has sent me to you,” and they ask me, “What is his name?” Then what shall I tell them?’

But Moses protested, “If I go to the people of Israel and tell them, ‘The God of your ancestors has sent me to you,’ they will ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what should I tell them?”

فَقَالَ مُوسَى لِلهِ: «حِينَمَا أُقْبِلُ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَأَقُولُ لَهُمْ: إِنَّ إِلَهَ آبَائِكُمْ قَدْ بَعَثَنِي إِلَيْكُمْ وَسَأَلُونِي: مَا اسْمُهُ؟ فَمَاذَا أَقُولُ لَهُمْ؟»

„Men,” indvendte Moses, „hvis jeg går til Israels folk og fortæller dem, at deres forfædres Gud har sendt mig, vil de med det samme spørge: ‚Hvad hedder den Gud?’ Hvad skal jeg så sige til dem?”

Mose entgegnete: »Wenn ich zu den Israeliten komme und ihnen sage, dass der Gott ihrer Vorfahren mich zu ihnen gesandt hat, werden sie mich nach seinem Namen fragen. Was sage ich dann?«

Pero Moisés insistió:―Supongamos que me presento ante los israelitas y les digo: “El Dios de vuestros antepasados me ha enviado a vosotros”. ¿Qué les respondo si me preguntan: “¿Y cómo se llama?”?

Moïse reprit : J’irai donc trouver les Israélites et je leur dirai : « Le Dieu de vos ancêtres m’a envoyé vers vous. » Mais s’ils me demandent : « Quel est son nom ? » que leur répondrai-je ?

Nagsiling si Moises sa Dios, “Halimbawa, makadto ako sa mga Israelinhon kag magsiling sa ila nga ang Dios sang ila mga katigulangan amo ang nagpadala sa akon sa pagluwas sa ila, kag mamangkot sila sa akon, ‘Sin-o ang iya ngalan?’ Ti, ano ang akon isabat sa ila?”

「ですが神様、イスラエル人のところへ行って、先祖の神に遣わされて来たと言ったら、きっと聞かれます。『先祖の神様とは、いったい何という名の神様だ。』その時、私はどう説明したらよいのでしょう。」

“만일 내가 이스라엘 자손들에게 가서 ‘여러분 조상의 하나님이 나를 여러분에게 보내셨습니다’ 하고 말했을 때 그들이 ‘그의 이름이 무엇이냐?’ 하고 물으면 내가 그들에게 무엇이라고 말해야 합니까?”

Maar Mozes vroeg: ‘Als ik naar de Israëlieten ga en hun zeg dat de God van hun voorouders mij heeft gestuurd, zullen zij vragen: “Over welke God heb je het?” Wat moet ik dan antwoorden?’

Moisés perguntou: “Quando eu chegar diante dos israelitas e lhes disser: O Deus dos seus antepassados me enviou a vocês, e eles me perguntarem: ‘Qual é o nome dele?’ Que lhes direi?”

Moisés replicou ainda: “Se eu for ter com o povo de Israel e lhe disser que foi o Deus dos nossos pais quem me enviou, eles vão perguntar-me de que Deus é que eu estou a falar. E o que é que eu lhes digo?”

Dar Moise I-a răspuns lui Dumnezeu:– Dacă voi merge la israeliţi şi le voi spune că Dumnezeul părinţilor lor m-a trimis la ei, iar ei mă vor întreba Care este Numele Său, ce le voi răspunde?

Муса сказал Всевышнему:– Вот, я пойду к исраильтянам и скажу им: «Бог ваших предков послал меня к вам», а они спросят: «Как Его имя?» Что мне ответить им?

Моисей сказал Богу:– Вот, я пойду к израильтянам и скажу им: «Бог ваших отцов послал меня к вам», а они спросят: «Как Его имя?» Что мне ответить им?

”Men”, sa Mose till Gud, ”om jag nu går till israeliterna och talar om för dem att deras förfäders Gud har sänt mig, så kommer de att fråga: ’Vad är hans namn[c]?’ Vad ska jag svara då?”

โมเสสทูลพระเจ้าว่า “หากข้าพระองค์ไปบอกชนอิสราเอลว่า ‘พระเจ้าของบรรพบุรุษของพวกท่านได้ส่งข้าพเจ้ามาหาพวกท่าน’ และพวกเขาจะย้อนถามว่า ‘พระเจ้าทรงพระนามว่าอะไร?’ ข้าพระองค์จะตอบเขาว่าอย่างไร?”

摩西问上帝：“假如我到以色列人那里，对他们说，‘你们祖先的上帝派我来你们这里。’他们如果问我，‘祂叫什么名字？’我该怎样回答他们呢？”

摩 西 对 神 说 ： 我 到 以 色 列 人 那 里 ， 对 他 们 说 ： 你 们 祖 宗 的 神 打 发 我 到 你 们 这 里 来 。 他 们 若 问 我 说 ： 他 叫 甚 麽 名 字 ？ 我 要 对 他 们 说 甚 麽 呢 ？

摩西問上帝：「假如我到以色列人那裡，對他們說，『你們祖先的上帝派我來你們這裡。』他們如果問我，『祂叫什麼名字？』我該怎樣回答他們呢？」
