Exodus 27:21

In the Tent of Meeting [of God with His people], outside the veil which is in front of the [ark of the] Testimony [and sets it apart], Aaron [the high priest] and his sons shall keep the lamp burning from evening to morning before the Lord. It shall be a perpetual statute [to be observed] throughout their generations on behalf of the Israelites.

In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the Lord: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.

In the tent of meeting, outside the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall keep it in order from evening to morning before the Lord; it shall be a perpetual statute throughout their generations [w]for the sons of Israel.

Aaron and his sons must keep the lamps burning in the tent of meeting. The lamps will be outside the curtain in front of the tablets of the covenant law. The lamps must be kept burning in front of the Lord from evening until morning. This is a law for the Israelites that will last for all time to come.

In the tent of meeting, outside the curtain that shields the ark of the covenant law, Aaron and his sons are to keep the lamps burning before the Lord from evening till morning. This is to be a lasting ordinance among the Israelites for the generations to come.

The lampstand will stand in the Tabernacle, in front of the inner curtain that shields the Ark of the Covenant.[g] Aaron and his sons must keep the lamps burning in the Lord’s presence all night. This is a permanent law for the people of Israel, and it must be observed from generation to generation.

وَيَقُومُ هَرُونُ وَبَنُوهُ مِنَ الْمَسَاءِ إِلَى الصَّبَاحِ، بِالْمُحَافَظَةِ الدَّائِمَةِ عَلَى إِضَاءَةِ السُّرُجِ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ فِي خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ، خَارِجَ الْحِجَابِ الْقَائِمِ أَمَامَ تَابُوتِ الشَّهَادَةِ فَتَكُونُ هَذِهِ فَرِيضَةً دَهْرِيَّةً لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي كُلِّ أَجْيَالِهِمْ.

Lysestagen skal stå udenfor forhænget til det allerhelligste rum, og Aron og hans sønner skal hver aften og morgen sørge for at gøre lamperne i stand, så de altid er tændt.[a] Det skal være en vedvarende forordning blandt Israels folk fra slægt til slægt.

I uppenbarelsetältet, utanför förhänget som hänger framför förbundstecknet, ska Aron och hans söner sköta om dem varje kväll och morgon så att de brinner natten igenom inför Herren. Detta är en bestående stadga som ska gälla för Israel generation efter generation.
