Exodus 23:6

“You shall not pervert (bend) the justice due to your poor in his dispute.

Thou shalt not wrest the judgment of thy poor in his cause.

“When there is a dispute concerning your poor, don’t tamper with the justice due them.

“You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute.

“Be fair to your poor people in their court cases.

“Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.

‘Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.

“In a lawsuit, you must not deny justice to the poor.

لَا تَتَهَاوَنْ فِي حَقِّ فَقِيرِكَ فِي دَعْوَاهُ لِكَوْنِهِ فَقِيراً.

At en mand er fattig, giver dig ingen ret til at behandle ham uretfærdigt.

Verweigere einem Armen vor Gericht nicht sein Recht!

»No tuerzas la justicia contra los pobres de tu pueblo en sus demandas legales.

U mag iemand in een rechtszaak niet benadelen, omdat hij arm is.
