Exodus 18:21

Furthermore, you shall select from all the people competent men who [reverently] fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain; you shall place these over the people as leaders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens.

Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

وَلَكِنِ اخْتَرْ مِنْ بَيْنِ الشَّعْبِ رِجَالاً مُقْتَدِرِينَ خَائِفِينَ اللهَ أُمَنَاءَ يُبْغِضُونَ الرِّشْوَةَ، تُقِيمُهُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ رُؤَسَاءَ لِفِئَاتِ الأُلُوفِ وَالْمِئَاتِ وَالْخَمَاسِينَ وَالْعَشَرَاتِ.

Men du bliver nødt til at finde nogle kvalificerede, ærlige og gudfrygtige mænd, der ikke vil tage imod bestikkelse.Dem skal du indsætte som dommere og rådgivere, nogle med ansvar for 1000 mennesker, nogle med ansvar for 100 mennesker, og andre med ansvar for 50 eller ti personer.

そして、全員の中から有能な、神を敬う、わいろなど取らない正直な人物を探し、問題の処理に当たらせたらどうだ。千人につき一人そういう指導者を選び、その下に十人の責任者を置く。それぞれが百人の面倒を見る。さらにその下に、五十人の問題を処理する者を二人ずつ置き、その二人がまた、十人の相談相手になる者を五人ずつ受け持つ。

Zoek onder het volk capabele, godvrezende en onomkoopbare mannen en benoem hen tot rechter, één rechter per duizend mensen. Hij moet tien andere rechters onder zich hebben die ieder de zorg hebben voor honderd mensen. Onder die rechters vallen weer twee anderen, die ieder verantwoordelijk zijn voor vijftig mensen. Deze laatsten moeten ieder weer vijf mannen onder zich hebben, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor tien mensen.

Mas escolha dentre todo o povo homens capazes, tementes a Deus, dignos de confiança e inimigos de ganho desonesto. Estabeleça-os como chefes de mil, de cem, de cinqüenta e de dez.

Mas por outro lado, procura homens dignos, tementes a Deus, honestos e competentes, e nomeia-os juízes, um por cada mil pessoas. Estes mesmos terão à sua responsabilidade dez outros juízes, cada um deles ocupando-se de cem pessoas. Por sua vez, a cada um destes também estarão subordinados dois juízes, um para cinquenta indivíduos. E por fim estes igualmente chefiarão mais cinco que terão a seu cargo as questões de dez pessoas.

Men du ska utse lämpliga män bland folket, sådana som är gudfruktiga och pålitliga och inte tar emot mutor, och dem ska du göra till ledare, somliga för tusen personer, andra för hundra, femtio eller tio personer.

แต่จงเลือกคนที่มีความสามารถจากประชากรทั้งปวง คือคนที่ยำเกรงพระเจ้า ไว้ใจได้ และรังเกียจสิ่งที่ได้มาโดยทุจริต ตั้งให้เขาเป็นเจ้าพนักงานรับผิดชอบดูแลคนพันคนบ้าง ร้อยคนบ้าง ห้าสิบคนบ้าง และสิบคนบ้าง

此外，要在百姓当中挑选一些敬畏上帝、有才干、诚实、正直、憎恶不义之财的人，派他们做千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长和十夫长，管理百姓。

并 要 从 百 姓 中 拣 选 有 才 能 的 人 ， 就 是 敬 畏 神 、 诚 实 无 妄 、 恨 不 义 之 财 的 人 ， 派 他 们 作 千 夫 长 、 百 夫 长 、 五 十 夫 长 、 十 夫 长 ， 管 理 百 姓 ，
