Esther 3:8

Then Haman said to King Ahasuerus, “There is a certain people scattered [abroad] and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom; their laws are different from those of all other people, and they do not observe the king’s laws. Therefore it is not in the king’s interest to [tolerate them and] let them stay here.

And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it is not for the king's profit to suffer them.

Their practices are different from the practices of all other people. They don’t obey your laws. It really isn’t good for you to put up with them.

فَقَالَ هَامَانُ لِلْمَلِكِ أَحَشْوِيرُوشَ: «هُنَاكَ شَعْبٌ مَا مُتَشَتِّتٌ وَمُتَفَرِّقٌ بَيْنَ الشُّعُوبِ فِي كُلِّ أَرْجَاءِ مَمْلَكَتِكَ، تُغَايِرُ شَرَائِعُهُمْ شَرَائِعَ جَمِيعِ الأُمَمِ، وَهُمْ لَا يُنَفِّذُونَ سُنَنَ الْمَلِكِ. فَلا يَجْدُرُ بِالْمَلِكِ إِغْفَالُ أَمْرِهِمْ.
