Ecclesiastes 2:26

For to the person who pleases Him God gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy; but to the sinner He gives the work of gathering and collecting so that he may give to one who pleases God. This too is vanity and chasing after the wind.

For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.

For to a person who is good in His sight He has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, while to the sinner He has given the task of gathering and collecting so that he may give to one who is good in God’s sight. This too is vanity and striving after wind.

God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness to the person who pleases him. But to a sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth. Then the sinner must hand it over to the one who pleases God. That doesn’t have any meaning either. It’s like chasing the wind.

لأَنَّ الْمَرْءَ الَّذِي يَحْظَى بِرِضَى اللهِ يُنْعِمُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَعْرِفَةِ وَالْفَرَحِ. أَمَّا الْخَاطِئُ فَيَفْرِضُ عَلَيْهِ عَنَاءَ الْجَمْعِ وَالادِّخَارِ، لِيَكُونَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ نَصِيبِ مَنْ يُرْضِي اللهَ. وَهَذَا أَيْضاً بَاطِلٌ كَمُلاحَقَةِ الرِّيحِ.

Han giver jo visdom, kundskab og glæde til dem, der ønsker at gøre hans vilje. Men syndere giver han det slidsomme arbejde at samle rigdom for derefter at give det til dem, der gør hans vilje. Altså er synderes slid meningsløst.

Dem Menschen, der ihm gefällt, gibt er Weisheit, Erkenntnis und Freude. Doch wer Gott missachtet, den lässt er sammeln und anhäufen, um dann alles dem zu geben, den er liebt. Selbst nach dem Glück zu greifen ist so vergeblich, als würde man versuchen, den Wind einzufangen!

Car Dieu donne à l’homme qui se comporte bien à ses yeux[i] la sagesse, la connaissance et la joie, mais il impose comme occupation à celui qui fait le mal le soin de recueillir et d’amasser pour celui qui se comporte bien à ses yeux.Cela aussi est dérisoire : autant courir après le vent.

Sa pagkamatuod, ginahatagan sang Dios sang kaalam, ihibalo kag kalipay ang tawo nga nagahatag sang kalipay sa iya. Pero ang mga makasasala ginapapangabudlay niya sa pagtipon sang manggad, agod ang ila matipon ihatag niya sa mga tawo nga nagahatag sang kalipay sa iya. Ang pagpangabudlay sang mga makasasala wala man sing pulos; daw pareho lang nga nagalagas sila sa hangin.

하나님은 자기를 기쁘게 하는 자에게 지혜와 지식과 행복을 주시지만 죄인들에게는 재산을 애써 모으고 쌓는 수고로움을 주시고 자기를 기쁘게 하는 자에게 그것을 넘겨 주도록 하시니 이것도 헛된 것이며 바람을 잡으려는 것과 같은 것이다.

Want God geeft een mens die Hem bevalt wijsheid, kennis en vreugde, maar van iemand die Hem niet bevalt, neemt God zijn rijkdom af en geeft het aan hen die Hij graag mag. En ook dit is weer een voorbeeld van de zinloosheid van luchtkastelen bouwen.

Într-adevăr, omului care este plăcut înaintea Lui, El îi dă înţelepciune, pricepere şi bucurie, dar celui păcătos îi dă slujba să adune şi să strângă, pentru ca apoi să-i dea celui plăcut lui Dumnezeu. Şi aceasta este deşertăciune şi goană după vânt!“

För den som är god inför honom ger han visdom, kunskap och glädje. Men åt syndaren ger han i uppdrag att samla välstånd och lägga på hög för att detta senare ska ges åt den som är god inför Gud. Även detta är meningslöst och ett jagande efter vind.

พระเจ้าประทานสติปัญญา ความรู้ และความสุขแก่ผู้ที่พระองค์พอพระทัย แต่สำหรับคนบาป พระองค์ทรงมอบงานที่เขาต้องรวบรวมและสะสมทรัพย์สมบัติไว้เพื่อจะมอบให้บุคคลที่พระองค์พอพระทัย นี่ก็อนิจจัง เหมือนวิ่งไล่ตามลม

上帝把智慧、知识和喜乐赐给祂喜悦的人，却让罪人忙于积攒财富，然后把他们的财富赐给祂喜悦的人。这也是虚空，也是捕风。

神 喜 悦 谁 ， 就 给 谁 智 慧 、 知 识 ， 和 喜 乐 ； 惟 有 罪 人 ， 神 使 他 劳 苦 ， 叫 他 将 所 收 聚 的 、 所 堆 积 的 归 给 神 所 喜 悦 的 人 。 这 也 是 虚 空 ， 也 是 捕 风 。

上帝把智慧、知識和喜樂賜給祂喜悅的人，卻讓罪人忙於積攢財富，然後把他們的財富賜給祂喜悅的人。這也是虛空，也是捕風。
