Therefore, remove sorrow and anger from your heart and put away pain from your body, for childhood and the prime of life are fleeting.

فَأَزِلِ الْغَمَّ مِنْ صَدْرِكَ، وَأقْصِ الشَّرَّ عَنْ جَسَدِكَ، لأَنَّ الْحَدَاثَةَ وَالشَّبَابَ بَاطِلانِ.

Spild ikke tiden med bekymringer og problemer, for barndom og ungdom forsvinder som dug for solen.

所以，你要拋開心中的煩惱和肉體的痛苦，因為青春年華轉瞬即逝。
