Deuteronomy 4:46

beyond the Jordan in the Valley opposite Beth-peor, in the land of Sihon king of the Amorites who lived at Heshbon, whom Moses and the sons of Israel defeated when they came out from Egypt.

On this side Jordan, in the valley over against Bethpeor, in the land of Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel smote, after they were come forth out of Egypt:

They were now east of the Jordan River in the valley near Beth Peor. They were in the land of Sihon, the king of the Amorites. He ruled in Heshbon. But Moses and the Israelites won the battle over him after we came out of Egypt.

وَهُمْ مُخَيِّمُونَ شَرْقِيَّ نَهْرِ الأُرْدُنِّ، فِي الْوَادِي بِجِوَارِ بَيْتِ فَغُورَ فِي أَرْضِ سِيحُونَ مَلِكِ الأَمُورِيِّينَ الَّذِي كَانَ مُقِيماً فِي حَشْبُونَ، فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ مُوسَى وَالإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ عِنْدَ خُرُوجِهِمْ مِنْ أَرْضِ مِصْرَ.
