Deuteronomy 26:17

Today you have [openly] declared the Lord to be your God, and that you will walk [that is, live each and every day] in His ways and keep His statutes, His commandments, and His judgments (precepts), and listen to His voice.

Thou hast avouched the Lord this day to be thy God, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and to hearken unto his voice:

فَأَنْتُمْ قَدْ أَعْلَنْتُمُ الْيَوْمَ أَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهُكُمْ وَأَنَّكُمْ سَتَسْلُكُونَ فِي سُبُلِهِ وَتُطِيعُونَ فَرَائِضَهُ وَأَحْكَامَهُ وَتَسْمَعُونَ لِصَوْتِهِ

I har i dag bekræftet jeres pagt med Herren. Det betyder, at han vil være jeres Gud, og at I vil holde jer til hans veje, lytte til hans røst og følge hans love og forskrifter.
