Deuteronomy 23:21

“When you make a [d]vow to the Lord your God, you shall not delay to pay it, for He will most certainly require it of you, and a delay would cause you to sin.

When thou shalt vow a vow unto the Lord thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the Lord thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.

إِذَا نَذَرْتُمْ نَذْراً لِلرَّبِّ فَلا تُمَاطِلُوا فِي الْوَفَاءِ بِهِ، لأَنَّ إِلَهَكُمْ يُطَالِبُكُمْ بِهِ وَيَحْسَبُ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْكُمْ ذَنْباً

Af en udlænding må I kræve rente, men ikke af en israelit. Hvis I kræver rente af en landsmand, vil Herren ikke velsigne jer i det land, I skal over og tage i besiddelse.
