Deuteronomy 20:1

“When you go out to battle against your enemies and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you.

When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the Lord thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

1-4 When you go to war against your enemy and see horses and chariots and soldiers far outnumbering you, do not recoil in fear of them; God, your God, who brought you up out of Egypt is with you. When the battle is about to begin, let the priest come forward and speak to the troops. He’ll say, “Attention, Israel. In a few minutes you’re going to do battle with your enemies. Don’t waver in resolve. Don’t fear. Don’t hesitate. Don’t panic. God, your God, is right there with you, fighting with you against your enemies, fighting to win.” 5-7 Then let the officers step up and speak to the troops: “Is there a man here who has built a new house but hasn’t yet dedicated it? Let him go home right now lest he die in battle and another man dedicate it. And is there a man here who has planted a vineyard but hasn’t yet enjoyed the grapes? Let him go home right now lest he die in battle and another man enjoy the grapes. Is there a man here engaged to marry who hasn’t yet taken his wife? Let him go home right now lest he die in battle and another man take her.”

إِذَا ذَهَبْتُمْ لِمُحَارَبَةِ عَدُوِّكُمْ، وَوَجَدْتُمْ أَنَّ عَدُوَّكُمْ أَكْثَرُ مِنْكُمْ عَدَداً وخَيْلاً وَمَرْكَبَاتٍ، فَلا تَخَافُوا مِنْهُ، لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمُ الَّذِي حَرَّرَكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِ مِصْرَ يَقِفُ مَعَكُمْ.

Når I går i krig og står ansigt til ansigt med fjendens mange heste og stridsvogne og en hær, der er langt stærkere end jeres, skal I ikke lade jer slå ud. Herren, jeres Gud, er med jer. Han er den samme Gud, som førte jer ud af Egypten.

Wenn ihr in den Krieg zieht und seht, dass eure Feinde zahlreicher sind als ihr und sogar Reiter und Streitwagen besitzen, dann fürchtet euch nicht vor ihnen! Der Herr, euer Gott, der euch aus Ägypten befreit hat, steht euch bei!

Lorsque vous partirez en guerre contre vos ennemis et que vous verrez des chevaux, des chars de combat et une armée plus nombreuse que la vôtre, n’en ayez pas peur, car l’Eternel votre Dieu, qui vous a fait sortir d’Egypte, est avec vous.

“Kon maglakat gani kamo sa pagpakig-away sa inyo mga kaaway, kag makita ninyo ang ila mga kabayo, mga karwahe kag mga soldado nga mas madamo pa sang sa inyo, indi kamo magkahadlok sa ila, kay kaupod ninyo ang Ginoo nga inyo Dios nga nagpaguwa sa inyo sa Egipto.

戦いに出て行って、自分たちよりはるかに強い大軍を目の前にしても、馬や戦車の数に恐れをなしてはいけません。エジプトから安全に助け出してくださった主がついておられます。

“여러분이 적과 싸우러 나가서 그들의 말과 전차와 군대가 여러분보 다 많은 것을 보아도 여러분은 그들을 두려워하지 마십시오. 이집트에서 여러분을 인도해 내신 여러분의 하나님 여호와께서 여러분과 함께 계십니다.

‘Als u optrekt tegen een leger dat groter en sterker is dan uw leger, met veel meer paarden en strijdwagens, wees dan niet bang. De Here, uw God, is bij u, dezelfde God die u veilig uit Egypte wegleidde!

“Quando vocês forem à guerra contra os seus inimigos e virem cavalos e carros, e um exército maior do que o seu, não tenham medo, pois o Senhor, o seu Deus, que os tirou do Egito, estará com vocês.

Quando forem à guerra e virem na vossa frente um grande número de cavaleiros e de carros de combate, um exército muito superior ao vosso, não se atemorizem! O Senhor, vosso Deus, está convosco, o mesmo Deus que vos trouxe com segurança para fora do Egito.

Când veţi merge la război împotriva duşmanilor voştri şi veţi vedea cai şi care şi o oştire mai numeroasă decât a voastră, să nu vă temeţi de ei, pentru că Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru, Care v-a scos din ţara Egiptului, va fi cu voi.

När du drar ut i krig[a] och ser fiendens hästar och vagnar framför dig, en armé som är större än din, ska du inte bli förskräckt. Herren, din Gud, ska vara med dig, han som ledde dig ut ur Egypten.

เมื่อท่านออกรบและเห็นศัตรูมีม้า รถม้าศึก และกองทัพยิ่งใหญ่เหนือกว่าท่าน อย่ากลัวพวกเขาเลย เพราะว่าพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของท่านผู้นำท่านออกมาจากอียิปต์นั้นจะสถิตกับท่าน

“你们和敌人交战时，面对比你们强大的军队及战车战马，不要害怕，因为你们的上帝耶和华与你们同在，祂曾带领你们离开埃及。

你 出 去 与 仇 敌 争 战 的 时 候 ， 看 见 马 匹 、 车 辆 ， 并 有 比 你 多 的 人 民 ， 不 要 怕 他 们 ， 因 为 领 你 出 埃 及 地 的 耶 和 华 ─ 你 神 与 你 同 在 。

「你們和敵人交戰時，面對比你們強大的軍隊及戰車戰馬，不要害怕，因為你們的上帝耶和華與你們同在，祂曾帶領你們離開埃及。
