Deuteronomy 19:3

You shall prepare and maintain for yourself the roads [to these cities], and divide the territory of your land into three parts, so that anyone who kills another unintentionally may escape there [for asylum].

فَعَبِّدُوا الطُّرُقَ إِلَيْهَا، وَقَسِّمُوا الأَرْضَ الَّتِي يَهَبُهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لَكُمْ إِلَى ثَلاثِ مَنَاطِقَ، لِتَكُونَ مَلْجَأً يَلُوذُ بِها كُلُّ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْساً عَنْ غَيْرِ عَمْدٍ.

Sie sollen in drei verschiedenen Teilen des Landes liegen und gut erreichbar sein. Dorthin kann jeder fliehen, der einen anderen Menschen unabsichtlich getötet hat.

Dividam em três partes a terra que o Senhor, o seu Deus, lhes está dando como herança e façam nela vias de acesso, para que aquele que matar alguém possa fugir para lá.

要 将 耶 和 华 ─ 你 神 使 你 承 受 为 业 的 地 分 为 三 段 ； 又 要 预 备 道 路 ， 使 误 杀 人 的 ， 都 可 以 逃 到 那 里 去 。
