Deuteronomy 13:12

“If you hear [it said] in one of your cities, which the Lord your God gives you to live in,

If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the Lord thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying,

“If you hear in one of your cities, which the Lord your God is giving you to live in, anyone saying that

The Lord your God is giving you towns to live in. But suppose you hear something bad about one of those towns.

If you hear it said about one of the towns the Lord your God is giving you to live in

“When you begin living in the towns the Lord your God is giving you, you may hear

إِنْ سَمِعْتُمْ عَنْ إِحْدَى مُدُنِكُمُ الَّتِي يَهَبُهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لِتَسْكُنُوا فِيهَا،

Det vil sætte skræk i livet på resten af folket, så de ikke begår den samme synd. 13-15 Hvis I hører om, at der i en af Israels byer findes onde mennesker, som har lokket byen til at dyrke fremmede guder, skal I først undersøge, om det er sandt. “여러분의 하나님 여호와께서 여러분에게 주신 성에서 여러분이 살게 될 때

“Se vocês ouvirem dizer que numa das cidades que o Senhor, o seu Deus, lhes dá para nelas morarem,

Om du får höra rykten från någon av de städer Herren, din Gud, ger dig att bo i,

หากท่านได้ยินคนกล่าวถึงเมืองใดที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของท่านประทานให้ท่านเป็นที่พักอาศัย

在 耶 和 华 ─ 你 神 所 赐 你 居 住 的 各 城 中 ， 你 若 听 人 说 ， 有 些 匪 类 从 你 们 中 间 的 一 座 城 出 来 勾 引 本 城 的 居 民 ， 说 ： 我 们 不 如 去 事 奉 你 们 素 来 所 不 认 识 的 别 神 ；
