Deuteronomy 11:8

“Therefore, you shall keep all the commandments which I am commanding you today, so that you may be strong and go in and take possession of the land which you are crossing over [the Jordan] to possess;

So obey all the commands I’m giving you today. Then you will be strong enough to go in and take over the land. You will go across the Jordan River and take the land as your own.

لِهَذَا أَطِيعُوا كُلَّ الْوَصَايَا الَّتِي أَوْصَيْتُكُمْ بِها الْيَوْمَ، لِتَكُونَ لَدَيْكُمُ الْقُوَّةُ لِدُخُولِ وَامْتِلاكِ الأَرْضِ الَّتِي أَنْتُمْ مَاضُونَ إِلَيْهَا لِتَرِثُوهَا،

Derfor skal I omhyggeligt lægge mærke til de bud, som jeg påbyder jer i dag, så I må få styrke til at gå ind og tage landet i besiddelse.

Lebt darum nach seinen Geboten, die ich euch heute gebe! Dann werdet ihr stark sein und das Land einnehmen, in das ihr jetzt zieht;

だから、今日私が与える戒めをどんなに注意深く守らなければならないか、よくわかるはずです。そうして初めて、今、目前にしている地を占領できるのです。

“그러므로 여러분은 오늘 내가 여러분에게 명령하는 모든 것을 지키십시오. 그러면 여러분이 힘을 얻어 요단강을 건너가서 여러분이 들어갈 땅을 점령하게 될 것입니다.

Daarom moet u dus zorgvuldig de geboden gehoorzamen die ik u vandaag geef, zodat u de kracht krijgt om het land binnen te trekken en in bezit te nemen.

Därför ska ni noga följa hela den lag som jag idag ger er. Då ska ni få styrka att gå och erövra det land, som ligger framför er på andra sidan Jordan.
