Deuteronomy 10:20

You shall fear [and worship] the Lord your God [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect]; you shall serve Him and cling to Him [hold tightly to Him, be united with Him], and you shall swear [oaths] by His name.

Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name.

اتَّقُوا الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُ اعْبُدُوا وَبِهِ اعْتَصِمُوا وَبِاسْمِهِ احْلِفُوا،

I skal vise ærefrygt for Herren, jeres Gud, tilbede ham og holde jer til ham. Kun ved hans navn må I sværge på, at I taler sandt.

Habt Ehrfurcht vor dem Herrn, eurem Gott! Dient ihm und bleibt eng mit ihm verbunden! Schwört nur bei seinem Namen!

여러분의 하나님 여호와를 두려운 마음으로 섬기며 그분을 가까이하고 그분의 이름으로만 맹세하십시오.

U moet ontzag hebben voor de Here, uw God, en Hem aanbidden. Houd u aan Hem vast en zweer alleen bij zijn naam.
