Amos 3:15

“And I shall tear down the winter house with the summer house;And the houses of ivory shall also perishAnd the great houses shall come to an end,”Says the Lord.

And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the Lord.

I will tear down their winter houses. I will also pull down their summer houses.The houses they have decorated with ivory will be destroyed. And their princely houses will be torn down,” announces the Lord.

وَأُدَمِّرُ الْبُيُوتَ الَّتِي يَأْوُونَ إِلَيْهَا فِي الشِّتَاءِ، وَبُيُوتَ الْمُنْتَجَعَاتِ الصَّيْفِيَّةِ، وَتَنْدَكُّ بُيُوتُ الْعَاجِ وَتَزُولُ مِنَ الْوُجُودِ قُصُورٌ كَثِيرَةٌ، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ.

Die herrlichen Sommer- und Winterhäuser verwandle ich in Trümmerhaufen; die elfenbeinverzierten Paläste reiße ich nieder, ja, alle Häuser lasse ich vom Erdboden verschwinden! Mein Wort gilt!«

Jag ska slå ner både vinter- och sommarbostäderna. Elfenbenspalatsen ska förstöras och de många husen utplånas, säger Herren.”

เราจะทลายตำหนักฤดูหนาวพร้อมทั้งตำหนักฤดูร้อนบ้านต่างๆ ที่ตกแต่งด้วยงาช้างจะถูกทำลายคฤหาสน์ทั้งหลายจะสูญสิ้นไป” องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
